1 ) If you are a Distributor or Reseller ( Retailer ), please contact us via (customers@ablesonic.com) for the details about our warranty term and return Policy.

2 ) For the customer ordering directly our products on line or through our affiliate and dropshippment programs’ partners, YOU ARE COMPLETELY PROTECTED BY OUR 30 DAYS MONEY-BACK POLICY AND 90 DAYS WARRANTY TERM.

30 DAYS MONEY-BACK POLICY
That means, if you are ever dissatisfied the products or when you think that you have not received a fair value, return your items within 30 days from order date. We will either make it right to your satisfaction, or refund your money. Please only not following policy:

  • Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded;
  • 10% Restocking fee will apply on returns if cash refund is requested. However, You can save this restocking fee by choosing to purchase other items for substitution or available company credit for future shopping instead of refund.
  • All original contents (product, accessories, manuals, instructions, etc.), original packaging in new and unopened condition without any damages
    (including products and packaging ) and original invoice or receipt, have to be returned.

90 DAYS WARRANTY TERM
For the damage or missing of the items in shipping, you must notify AbleSonic within 7 days after you receive the products. If service is necessary for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the 90 days warranty period, AbleSonic will repair or replace the defective merchandise at no charge upon delivery of the item with pre-paid freight to our mailing address.

Before returning the item for service, please read carefully the user manual or instruction in order you to make sure that your operation is correct, and the batteries are in proper working condition ( weak or defective batteries are common causes of problems ).

Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Units that have been misused or by accident.
  • Units that have been repaired or altered by persons other than AbleSonic, or authorized service center.
  • Damage caused by leaking batteries.

NOTE
All returns must be pre-approved by AbleSonic. You can submit your request to return a product to support@ablesonic.com. Make sure you have the Invoice Number and Product Model Number, and explain us the reason for return, if it is under “ 30 Days Cash-Back Policy ” or “ 90 Days Warranty ”. The Return Authorization# with return instructions will be sent out to you via e-mail after we received your RA application. Please allow us 1 – 2 weeks from receipt for processing your return for refund or credit.

AbleSonic will not accept for return any products you purchased from the retailers and the distributors (except our affiliate program and dropship partners), you must contact directly your vendors for the return.
