2. How do I place an order at AbleSonic?
If you are a reseller or distributor, please call our toll free number
or send us an email to : sales@ablesonic.com
to open an account and receive our special discount price list for resellers.
Once you establish your account with AbleSonic, you can place an order
by telephone or email.
For the public,
you can immediately order your item online by simply clicking the item
picture for the product description and shopping page. We accept payment
by Paypal or credit card for online order. You can click Paypal or Credit
Card button to process your shopping. Repeat above steps for ordering
other items. Once you finish to add the items to your shopping cart, please
click Check out button to proceed on your payment process. If you chose
to pay by credit card, please fill out all the information required in
the form. If you chose Paypal for your payment method, please send the
balance to the account being offered.
Upon receiving your order and payment, we will ship the item(s) to the
shipping address you provide ( Your shipping address must be same to your
billing address of your credit card or Paypal ). Meanwhile, a corresponding

3. Do you accept other options of payment besides Paypal and Credit?
Yes, we also accept personal check, company check, casher check, certified
check and money order. However, we can only ship your order after we receive
your check or money order. For personal and company's check , we will
not ship your items until the payment is cashed in our bank account which
usually take 3 - 5 working days. Generally, we don't accept COD term,
but we do accept COD Certified Check, Casher Check or Money Order.

4. Do I need to pay any tax?
For reseller, you are required by law to pay tax. You will need to provide
us you a valid TAX ID when you want to establish a reseller account with
us.
For the public, if you live in California, you have to pay 8.25% sales
tax. If you are from other states, we don't charge you for tax when you
shop at our Web site.
For the customers in Canada, we don't charge you for any tax, however
you will be completely responsible for the Canadian import tax or customs
fee if any.
